It’s not every day that I get to talk about a Jimmy Choo shoe being reasonable and affordable, particularly not one with “platform” in the name, but the Jimmy Choo Urban Platform Clogs are just that. For anyone that’s still sweating it out in above-90-degree weather like me, that’s good news indeed.

It’s tempting to talk about all the new boots hitting stores right now like I need to have the immediately, but in reality, it won’t be boot weather here until November. In the meantime, I’ll have lots of opportunities to wear shoes exactly like these, and a pair like this would see a ton of use in my life.

Not every day can accomodate a stiletto or a five-inch heel, and for occasions which require you to do more than go from a car to an office or restaurant, the stable heel and functional straps on the sandal we see above are perfect. I can’t help but love the material as well – metallic snake (or in this case, embossed snake) functions surprisingly well as a neutral, and it gives your shoes a little bit of a fun kick without making them inappropriate to pair with shorts or a casual skirt.
