Looking radiant as ever, Diane Kruger poses effortlessly on the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles on January 23. Di had boyfriend Joshua Jackson at her side and looks like she couldn’t be more relaxed in this breathtakingly beautiful gown. For her recent red carpet appearances Di has been sticking to classic, refined designers like Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld and Christian Lacroix, but at the SAG Awards she decided to have a little fun with color in a vibrant tangerine Jason Wu gown with a draped off shoulder neckline and sweeping mermaid train (to add a little vitamin C to your spring wardrobe, try Gold Hawk’s Long Shoulder Garden Party Dress in Orange, Tricia Fix’s Belle in Orange, or Tricia Fix’s Tara Long Maxi Dress in Orange). DK swept her hair to the side in an elegantly simple curled updo and accessorized with dazzling pendant earrings (try Calico Juno’s Victorian 126 in Gold), a sparkling studded bracelet and brilliant gold clutch (Whiting & Davis’ Checkboard Clutch in Gold is my current obsession). I absolutely love the ruching detail at the bust and down the center back – adds a very chic element to the rear view! In a sea of boring gowns on the red carpet this year, Diane hit it out of the park with this gorgeous frock. Are any of you not loving this? Although Di was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her work in Inglourious Basterds, she ended up sharing the award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, as voted for by her peers.
